SpaceX launched a Starlink mission in the early hours of Aug. 25. The rocket took to the skies. It was the 37th time for that Falcon booster, marking a fresh rocket reuse record. The flight represented the 100th Falcon 9 launch of 2026. Dawn onlookers expected to spot a jellyfish effect in the sky. Spaceflight Now and Space showed live coverage of the flight.
SpaceX also planned to announce its Louisiana plans on Aug. 25. Elsewhere, NASA positioned its next star space telescope aboard a Falcon Heavy rocket. That launch takes place Aug. 30.
