The rocket’s upper stage and booster performed a smooth separation during ascent.
Both stages later achieved soft splashdowns, first in the Gulf of Mexico and second in the Indian Ocean.
Engineers described the sea touchdowns as the least jarring yet.
A different engine glitch forced a earlier abort on July 24.
The the operator further deployed advanced Starlink satellites as cargo for the test mission.
