UFC heavyweight Tai Tuivasa suffered a setback at UFC 331. He got stopped in the opening minutes. The loss came in round one. It took place after a difficult seven-fight losing streak. He had recently joined American Top Team. Tuivasa switched camps because he wanted to listen to new coaches and adjust his fight prep.

He worked out with heavyweight Francis Ngannou for UFC 331. He spent time with Ngannou during camp. But Tuivasa got finished in round one regardless. The first-round defeat came right after his switch to American Top Team.
