Taylor Sheridan is set to receive a History-Making Texan Award in Austin, celebrating his streak of hit television and film projects. The creator behind Yellowstone is also being honored for work that reaches well past the ranch.

Sheridan has completed Sicario 3, now in development with Emily Blunt, Benicio Del Toro, and Josh Brolin all returning. He has also written a Call of Duty project following his work on Lioness. His Yellowstone spinoff Marshals could link up with another spinoff, with talks ongoing. Casting is already in progress for Landman Season 3.
