Public health officials in Massachusetts have reported three more instances of West Nile virus. State health officials have elevated the risk assessment to high in Milton and Quincy. More than a dozen communities are now considered high risk. Meanwhile, a a highly transmissible cat virus has been identified at the Sangamon County Animal Center.
